I don't really have a sense of what
the old days were, there are so many of them,
and therefore not sure I can help.
In the
1800s, I think you can find something by
Susan B. Anthony. Also, Charlotte Perkins
Gilman wrote tons on this, but not sure if
she ever lectured on it. And in more recent
past, perhaps Alix Kates Shulman, again tons
of written stuff, not sure about the lecture.
