Violence

I'm looking for some national Men Against Violence groups to put in my book for teenagers. Please advise. Thanks. Ruth

There are some great groups working with men against violence. In Oakland, CA there is the OAKLAND MEN'S PROJECT, in Boston, MA there is EMERGE and MVP; and at Duke University there is Men Acting for Change. I'm sure there are more, too, but these are a few to get you started. You might also check out our compilation of Pro-Feminist Men's Groups online.

You may also want to contact the Family Violence Prevention Fund and ask them about "good men's groups." Good luck
