I haven't actually been checking emails for some time now. There is actually a great court monitoring program called WATCH, based in Minneapolis, MN/Hennepin County and they specifically focus on domestic violence. I know about them because they have been funded by the Ms. Foundation for Women and have become a model for other groups. I hope that you can reach them -- and good luck starting your own.
