Sexual Harassment

I'm a doctoral student writing a dissertation on sexual harassment in the workplace. I'm analyzing women's narratives about their experiences. Also, I'm trying to analyze court (judicial) decisions using a narrative method. Do you know anyone who does narrative analysis from feminist perspective? Or anyone who analyzes legal discourse from feminist perspective? Any suggestions would be tremendously helpful.

You may want to try 9to5, National Association of Working Women (1-800-522-0925). They should have information and may be able to put you in touch with women to get a personal perspective. They have done lots of stuff on sexual harassment. There is also a recent case as Wellesley College on sexual harassment. It might be worth trying to finding out who?when?where? what? Ms. Magazine has also done a few stories - including something about the largest settlement yet, which went to a man. I think it was a California case. I think that Gloria Allred was his attorney. Good luck and I hope this was helpful.
