I am looking for an instrument to use in a workshop with women on the topic of leadership. I am looking for something to give a group, like an inventory or test, that will provide information about their leadership characteristics and/or style... something like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator does for personality type. I am familiar with some that have been used in the past with men, but I am interested in one designed for women. Can you be of help? Thank you, Patricia, associate professor, Widener University

Per your request, I suggest that you check out The Woman Source Catalog & Review. This book is chockful of information--almost too much information. It's a hodgepodge of different things and I'm guessing that there is something in there that will fit your needs. It is edited by Ilene Rosoff and is a project of The Launch Pad and distributed by Celestial Arts, Berkeley, CA. I hope this helps--but if it doesn't let me know and I'll see what else I can come up with---Good Luck.
