Hello, my name is Ellen and I am a 9th grader in Michigan. I am doing a project on human rights and human abuses including women violations as well. The thing is however I have picked 3 countries to do it on and all that I could find was information for the USA. The countries that I have chosen to research are China, Pakistan, and Vietnam. If you have any information on any of these places I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me the information. Thanks again and will be waiting for your reply. - Ellen

To find out more information about China, Pakistan and Vietnam--you should see a book titled: Sisterhood is Global edited by Robin Morgan. There are "chapters" on each of these countries, which included stats about women and personal essays. All of the essays come from a human rights perspective.

There is also the Sisterhood is Global Institute and Equality Now, which track human rights abuses across the world.
