Hi Amy,

I am a student at Suffolk University in Boston and am doing a study abroad project where I travel to two locales to study a current issue. I am going to Spain and South Africa, both for three months, to study how women's rights organizations make change. The structure of my paper includes one grassroots organization for all three countries, one large organization, and one international organizaiton that has a branch in all three locales. I am having a problem finding an international organizaiton, and grassroots organizations in Spain and South Africa. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you for your time

Sarah

Dear Sarah,

There is a great internation group based in Madrid -- Women's Link International -- they probably know of local and national groups, too. Tell them I told you to contact them. For South African -- Planned Parenthood of New York City has a Margaret Sanger International Center -- try them for connections in South Africa, they run a great project there.

Good luck,

-- Amy
