I am going through a nasty divorce with my marine husband who is violent. He is trying to get me deported. I need help. The judge seems also to be biased, against women and against foreigners.

Sanctuary for Families is a group that focuses on violence against women, but one of their specialties is specifically immigrant women. I think that might be the best starting place for you — and though they are based in New York City, hopefully they can point you to another group in California or be able to help from afar.
