I can't think of many resources specific to the UK. There is the International Women's Health Coalition, which has recently championed women and HIV. Because they work internationally, they are likely to have some resources. Also, The Clinton Foundation has committed tons of money to AIDS, not sure how much of this women are receiving. I hope that helps.
