I am aware of a 17-year-old child from the Netherlands who is experiencing incest abuse from her mother and wishes to receive help

Is there any information or a place she may go to get help. She wishes to go to college but is unable to get away from her abuser. She is in a sticky situation of love and hate for her parent. I would love to help this child. If you have any information that I may give her please let me know. Research on help info is slim on the internet. All info I found was from the US. Since she is outside these borders I thought you might have info.

Thanks for helping that 17 year old. Sadly, I have such limited knowledge of the Netherlands, both on their laws and on resources. I do know that there is an international funding organization there called MamaCash, which prioritizes issues for women and girls. It's very likely that they may have information for you in order to help the girl.
