Mother Earth Nursery Designs is a woman owned company that was started as I was preparing to become a first time mother. At the time, I was working in pharmaceutical research and selected the items on our baby’s wish list with the same analytical approach I used at work. I researched every product to find the best before I decided that it was good enough for our baby. To my dismay, I found that many conventional baby products contain chemicals that I would not want to be exposed to let alone expose a newborn baby. I thought that many other expectant parents were probably also not aware of this issue or that healthy and organic alternative products are available. I felt compelled to do something to change this so that more babies could get a natural, healthy start in life. As a result, Mother Earth Nursery Designs was begun and has since become my full time career.
