Dear Amy,

I heard about a program that repairs cell phones, sets them to dial only 911, for abused and battered women. I can't find the address. I live near Huntsville, AL, or go to Birmingham, AL regularly. I have collected several from my church. If you can give me an address anywhere, I will mail them to you, and collect more.

Thank you,
Lawrence

Dear Lawrence,

The program you are referring to is the Wireless Foundation and their Call To Protect Program. You can reach them at wireless@ctia.org or by calling (202) 785-0081. I hope that helps -it's a great program.

Amy
