Does anyone know of a place on the internet where one could post a plea for legal help? A friend's daughter is being kept from her, despite a court order to the contrary, and she is unable to afford much in the way of lawyer's fees. Thanks in advance for any info you might have!!

Thanks for your note to FEMINIST.COM. For legal help, I suggest that you contact the Public Counsel Law Center which is a "pro-bono public interest law firm." You can reach them at:

601 South Ardmore Avenue
Los Angeles, CA 90005
(213) 385-2977.

Good luck to you and mostly to your friend's daughter.
