I am a student at Smith College doing independent research on the relationship between the transgender movement and feminism(s). Can you recomend any feminist sites dealing the the transmovement?

I have some suggestions for information "on the relationship between the transgender movement and feminism(s):"

1.) "TransSisters, founded in 1993, was established to provide informaton, education, and a national journal addressing transsexuality from a feminist perspective." (unfortunately, I don't know where to find them, perhaps the Internet will.)

2.) The National Gay & Lesbian Task Force and the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission---(the former is based in Washington, DC and the later in San Francisco, CA).

3.) The Hetrick-Martin Center, based in New York City. I especially recommend that you talk to their Executive Director, Frances Kunreuther.
