I am writing an essay on Feminism and legal theory. I would appreciate any articles or comments which add a richness to my work. I am a part time 3rd year law student.

For legal theory, one place to start might be the Women's Association of the American Bar Association. I am pretty sure that they have a newsletter, which surely addresses cases (and maybe theory) that pertain to specifically to women. However, this does not necessarily mean that they will be feminist.

Any book by Catherine MacKinnon should include a feminist perspective on legal theory. Also, look for a new book by Lani Guinier and two others whose names I have forgotten. You should also check out Lani Guinier's book that came out about a year ago. Good luck.
