Hi Amy,

I am a 29-year-old mother of four. I have been having problems with my period coming on all time of the month. I had my tubes tied 6 yrs this November. I have had only one sex partner for the last six years. When we have sex I bleed. I have been to the doctor more than once. They see nothing wrong. Can you help me please. Nikki

Nikki - From your note it's unclear where it is full on bleeding or spotting. I would be polyps or a cyst or HPV -- all cause some form of spotting and are common among women in their late 20s/30s. Perhaps ask your doctor specifically about those things.

Take care,

— Amy
