I am writing a paper about how the role of women differed in War World II compared to the 1950's in Europe.

I can find a lot of information about women in the United States, but no information about women in Europe. Where can I find information about this?

Thanks!

There is a great book by Sheila Rowbotham, A Century of Women, which has just this information. It goes decade by decade and summarizes what was happening in women's lives. Also it compares US and Europe.

Good luck,
