Feminism

Hi Amy,

I am studying about feminism and I have one question is can feminism be genuinely multicultural and if no should it try to be?

Thanks.

Monica --

Feminism absolutely has an obligation to be multi-cultural and it does a fairly good job of adhering to that -- however it was a movement created in a racist culture and certainly suffers from residual affects of that. You should see This Bridge Called My Back and also Some of Us Are Brave.

I hope that helps
